Clean-Up - Repair - Restore

Diagnosing QuickBooks data and cleaning it up takes a keen eye, experience, and a lot of patience. But you're in luck - we have all three and we'd love nothing more than to help you!

Here's our 3-Step Process: 

STEP 1 -- Diagnostic Review

A mechanic can't quote a repair without first diagnosing the car and we can't quote your Clean-Up without diagnosing your QuickBooks.  In this first step, we spend several hours exploring your files and determining which areas need attention, such as transaction coding, chart of accounts set-up, reconciliation history, workflows, invoicing, bill processes, payroll and sales tax activity. When the Diagnostic Review is complete, you will receive a comprehensive report listing all the areas that need attention alongside recommendations on how to fix any problems we uncover. There is no obligation for you to hire us to clean-up your data for you, but we would love to do so if you so choose!

STEP 2 -- Data Clean-Up 

Once we move into the Clean-Up phase, we'll review your documentation.  It's important that the data is "confirmed" which means that it should match up to your bank statements, loan statements, cash Logs, mileage records, receipts, prior tax returns, etc.  Each document is a piece of the puzzle and once the entire puzzle is correctly put together, you will have valid data and beautiful reports with which to file your taxes, apply for a loan or make important business decisions.  Our goal is to fix and verify so you can have confidence in the accuracy of your data. 

STEP 3 -- The "What Now" Conversation

Once your data is organized and accurate, we will create a plan to keep it that way.  No one wants to go through all the time, effort, and money involved in clean-up only to have to do it again in a few months! It's our goal to help you create manageable solutions that keep your books in order without too much of a hassle on your part. Whether you decide to have us manage your books full-time or you simply want us to teach you how to handle them yourself, we will create a plan that works for you.
